I remember reading a few weeks ago that one of the Ryback figures was out of scale. If so, which one?

People were claiming that Basic 27 was a little short. And I looked at mine, and it may be a hair short. But someone posted a pic of B27 and Elite 21 side by side, and they're the same height.......
