Okay back then I remember the problem with the elite and Legend series is that the hips would lock up. One way to correct this is to dip the figure in hot water for a few seconds. My problem now is that because it's made of plastic it snaps easily. I display my Figures and two of the fell off my shelf and the legs broke off at the hips. I suggest that mattel should replace those plastic hips with metal just like the G.I. Joe figs from the 80's... What do you guys think?

The figures are $16-$20 the way it is, so adding the metal will probably cause their price to go up even more. I will pass. Unfortunately, with displaying loose, you run that risk of things falling and breaking.

I also keep them over a carpeted area so that if one does fall, it is less likely to suffer permanent damage.

Thought this thread was about a new Hulk Hogan figure.

Would be ironic if it was a McMahon figure.

Was excited to get a Layla figure that randomly popped up at Target a few days ago. I took her straight out of the package and her hip was separated. It was unglued and the pegs were snapped. I have to return her today and hope the cashier doesn't look at me too weird. I have never had a new WWE figure break right out of the box before, and the last time this happened to me, period, was with the Marvel Legends series 12 X-23. That was 2005 or 2006, so I've had pretty good luck.
