You might want to download 3.1, think you're working with pivot 2.0 here. As for the slowness, just change the speed of the frames with the scroll bar at the side, a good speed is normally about 17-20. Looks like you put a bit of effort into it, but work on smoothness by trying to make it less fidgety. When you download 3.1, the default sticks has 2 joints at the back so that'll make it a but less stiff if you use them, but I'd recommend downloading some sticks from the first aid thread.
Also, don't be a dick when someone replies to your animation.
