You didn't really bend the joints going into the Flex Capacitor also it was stiff and fast in mid air. The spacing could have been a little bit better and there wasn't much impact at the end.

Yeah this is really stiff - you should try and move the joints around more. Needs more frames to smoothen it out too like you did the jump in 1 or 2 frames when it needs like 10 or so, reaction was pretty weak / non existent too but for now focus on getting rid of the stiffness and smoothening it out a bit, keep at it and take your time and I'm sure you'll improve.
