Looked pretty good, the start may of helped the ani quite a bit, the spin was nice and the reaction was alright, maybe make a longer pause for the end of the ani?

This is a very nice animation although you did use several frames without actual effort the animation would have been quite bad. The reverse 450 was very smooth in mid air, the movements at the beginning made the 450 have perfect build-up. The flip was very nice and the rotation was good as well, there was nice impact too.
