im just kind of curious how TNA is putting out a sabu figure while hes under contract to the WWE, i just kinda assume that the WWE took control of his likeness when he signed the deal

He must of signed a deal with TNA beforehand so they can still release a figure of him.

Didn't he just sign a legends contract with WWE? While still under a contract with TNA.

i no he signed his classic contract while with TNA, but normally the WWE is more hardcore about not letting their contracted wrestlers be seen by anyone but the WWE audiance

i'm not sure of the situation, but we've been assured that Sabu would be released. I'm guessing Sabu gave permission to use his likeness and name for one of their figures. It's cool we are getting him though..if we dont, it's not gunna kill me but it would be nice to have a sabu in scale with all the other TNA figs

Yes,he will be realeased in september in the tna two packs series 3 with raven.

I still say that WWE and TNA work together behind the scenes. If not, then I'm sure Sabu can make the call if his figure gets done or not being that he controls his name/likeness.
