I remember being a big fan of his in 98 and always really liked him even after he was nothing more than a midcarder in his later years. I always thought the guy could have been a main event player with the likes of Rock, Austin, and Triple H but sadly he never got that far. I also liked his run on WWECW and thought he could have made a good ECW Champion.

Test was the man. He played his part well.
Shame he was taken from us so soon.

I really enjoyed him from 98-01 but everything he did after the Invasion was just like ugh.....He had so much potential but the WWE just never gave him a chance after the Invasion. That being said he was definately one of the better big guys we have seen in the WWE/F and its sad that he passed away at such a young age.
RIP Andrew "Test" Martin

Could of swore Mick Foley said in his book that Test had no character. He was just plain borring, and it's totally true. Even when they TRIED injecting charisma and giving him Stacey he still had absolutely nothing to offer. I liked him in the corner of Shane O'Mac and... That's about it.

IMO he's one of those guys that didnt really need a gimmick. He was fairly over from 99-00.

I liked him in T&A with Trish in his corner. They where a great tag team that looked believable throwing people around and feuding with the Hardyz and APA.

I lloved his stuff with and against Shane too. Its a shame they never really capitalized on a HHH/Test fued and went right for the kill shot with HHH vs. Vince.

Me! He was one of my top faves in the late 90's. loved the pants he wore then. Just loved his look when he had the long hair, sunglasses and the silver or black leather pants.

No. The only time I was slightly interested was on his short ECW run in 2006-2007. Sad that he died on such a short age though.

I always thought Test vs Brock Lesnar from King of the Ring as an underrated match.

I think his ECW run was pretty good he should of at least got the strap at December to Dismember or Royal Rumble 07. -I've seen some of his stuff from the attitude era, his European title reign was decent for its time, unlike some of his other title reigns. -I did like his big boot and theme song too.

I liked him when he was part of The Corporation, and his feud with Shane (particularly the match they had at SummerSlam '99) but apart from that, he was just a bland hoss IMO.

I wasn't too big on anything he did when he came back during ECW, but everything he did during his initial run I was a fan of.

I didn't hate him.
I remember there being an inside joke about getting a "Test reaction" from the crowd which basically meant no reaction at all.
His stuff with Shane McMahon was pretty good and so was his run with T&A and even Stacy Keibler.
When he came back and joined ECW he was trash though. He appeared to be completely roided out of his mind and had no character or personality whatsoever.

He seemed to be one of the guys who was always right on the brink, but didnt have "it" to get himself over the hump. He was decently over as a face in his angle with Stephanie and feud with Shane, though he never got the big pay off match with HHH. He was kind of bland as a face, though, without a real character. I enjoyed him more as a heel. He played an "enforcer" role nicely, and thought the TnA team had some petential. I even enjoyed his ECW run as a monster heel (he had the physique for it then! sheesh!)
