LOL!!! I was pulling for Eli Bleu myself. You guys are way off. One of the Heavenly Bodies were the favorites that year. HBK winning was a fluke. JIMMY DEL RAY FTW!!!!! *On a side note... during a battle royale in Smokey Mountain Wrestling back in th day, JDR was in the ring and decided to do the Rick Rude hip gyrations to impress my mom (we were sitting front row). He then proceeded to get himself eliminated during said gyrations. |

Yeah you could automatically eliminate half of the guys chances of winning because you knew damn well a tag team wrestler wasn't winning it. There were only a handful of guys that had a chance of winning. I did like the ending of it though with HBK and Bulldog.

Shawn and hhh felt challenged by their rise (NAO) and asked them to join dx. I don't know if the Outlaws were more over than Shawn but they were very close.
