just did an actual video count....from the time the ref's hand slaps 3 for Yoko winning, til it hits the mat for the 3rd time giving Hogan the title, it's 1:51....
from Andre pinning Hogan,til he physically surrenders the title to Dibiase,it's 1:47 ....
NOW,if you go the other way some people look at it,as to them not being the champion til the belt was PHYSICALLY given to them,the timeframe is even WORSE:
Yoko - 1:40 Andre - 46 seconds
so...either way,Yoko was WWF Champion longer than Andre,no matter how much the WWE tries to tell us otherwise....

Yeah I just don't see how they get 21 seconds. I love Yoko, but that is such a BS number. Andre's too. Both were less than 2 minutes.
