Since Angle is considered as one of the best ever and has a bucket load of 5 star matches, just wondering what are his top 5 for you guys.

vs. Chris Benoit - Unforgiven 2002 (Seems to be forgotten about, but I love this one)
Tie for 5th: w/ Chris Benoit vs. Edge/Mysterio - No Mercy 2002 and the 2/3 Falls on Smackdown.

A lot of good ones have been mentioned.
Kurt vs. Shane and Kurt vs. Brock immediately spring to mind.
I always secretly enjoyed his match with Kane at Wrestlemania X8 to be honest. It should have been against Mr. Perfect but whatever. It still wasn't too bad.

I'd have to say angle vs undertaker and Angle vs Michaels on raw two incredible matches, maybe two of the best matches of all time

I. Vs. Chris Benoit ~ Royal Rumble 2003. My all-time favorite match, by the way.
II. Vs. Shawn Michaels ~ WrestleMania 21. My second favorite match of all-time.
III. Vs. Brock Lesnar ~ Ironman. Best Ironman ever, in my opinion.
IV. Vs. Brock Lesnar ~ WrestleMania XIX. Quite possibly my favorite Mania closer match.
V. Vs. The Undertaker ~ No Way Out 2006. Quite possibly Undertaker's best.
That's probably my top five.

I really dug his matches with Benoit and Eddie
Benoit- RR 03 is the obvious one, but I really liked the one from WM17 too.
Eddie- I liked the WM 20 and SummerSlam of that same year and how it played off the first match. They had a decent smackdown match in between as well.
Michaels- the build up and match at WM 21 was great.
Lesnar- Botched shooting star aside the match was great.
Rey- he had a bunch of good matches with mysterio but nothing stands out above the rest

Way too hard to narrow them down to 5.
I will say that his match with HBK at WM21 is my favorite WM match of all time.

His match w/ Shane at KOTR 2001 was entertaining, but I've never liked when Shane is percieved on the same level as top stars. The fact Shane was percieved as possibly winning this one turned me off.
A match I forgot to mention in the honorable mentions was Angle vs Rey SummerSlam 2002. One of the best openers I've ever seen. Could have been on my top 5 list but the match was criminally too short. Should have been given another 5-10 minutes and it would have been talked about as an all time classic.
