I always liked Savage kicking out of Warrior's finish at Wrestlemania 7. Just because it was so before its time to kick out of a finish (unless you were Hogan).
Just the look on the Warrior's face when Savage kicked out, and the way Monsoon and Heenan were talking about it, it was just a really cool kick out.

Taker Kicking out of Ortons RKO at Wrestlemania 21. I dont understand how anybody watching that match live could have thought Taker was going to kick out.

One of my favs was not really a kick out but yet again it was. The 1993 Royal Rumble. Randy Savage went for a pin on Yokozuna during the Rumble and and Yoko pressed him out of the ring over the top rope with a big man kick out.
My favorite kick out for a real pinfall would be the Sandman vs Cactus Jack were Sandman kept kicking out lol.
