Ive seen other examples of this in the past. Hasbro using molds from their wwf line and repackaging for a completely different line of toys. is a honky tonk guitar.. sure looks like a repaint of one. its on ebay and the seller claims it maybe a 'PIPPA GUITAR/HASBRO DISCO GIRLS GUITAR'. Now i am not sure what a pippa hasbro disco girl is, but that guitar does look familiar. Thought it maybe of interest to some of you.

I àm pretty sure it's Honky's guitar. It makes sense for Hasbro to re-use the mold.

Well, if that's Honky's guitar, then I have a fake one... as you can see the bridge looks different and there's no holes to attach a cord...

Most companies do it, Hasbro is just shameless about it. Look at their infamous robin hood line:
Sherwood forest playset = ewok village Friar Tuck = Gammorean Guard body Robin Hood = super powers green lantern body
I'm sure there's more, but I can't remember right now.

yeah, after seeing the pic of honky that 'Ruby Fusion' posted, it may not be the same one after all. The bridge section is more of a rectangle shape on the one i posted, there is a curved bit on the same section of the guitar that Ruby Fusion posted.
ahh well, sorry Hasbro, i take it back
