* Ric Flair, Gunner and Eric Bischoff kick off the show. Bischoff met with Sting and made the match of Gunner and a partner vs. Garett and a partner. Kurt Angle eventually comes out and embraces everyone. Kurt’s going to be teaming with Gunner. * Eric Young and ODB defeated Gail Kim and Madison Rayne to become the new TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions. Madison accidentally hit Gail with one of the belts to cost their team the match. After the match, Young and ODB celebrated until he dropped to one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. ODB said yes and they celebrated some more. * Zema Ion beat Austin Aries by DQ with the TNA X Division Title on the line. * Bully Ray came out and cut a promo on James Storm. Ray calls out Sting to make him the #1 contender. Sting gives him a match with Bobby Roode. * Roode and Ray went to a No Contest in a non-title match. James Storm ran out during the match and chased Ray off to the back. Storm hit Last Call on Roode twice to end the segment. * Crimson and Matt Morgan beat Robbie E and Rob Terry to become the new #1 contenders for the TNA Tag Team Titles. Crimson and Morgan had words after the match. * AJ Styles comes out and talks about TNA’s 10 year anniversary coming up. Daniels and Kazarian come out eventually and they talk for what seems like forever. Mr. Anderson makes his return and attacks Kaz and Daniels. Anderson and AJ stand tall as Daniels and Kaz run off tot he back. * Eric Bischoff comes out and mocks Garett for running around backstage trying to find a tag team partner. Bischoff tells the fans that whatever will happen tomorrow night. Apparently there is no tag team main event tonight and come to find out it’s because Jeff Hardy was sick. Says he won by DQ, so Aries keeps the title, right? Not sure, it says with the title on the line? Hopefully he doesn't, he should be champ for at least another year. |

Says he won by DQ, so Aries keeps the title, right? Unless TNA is changing the rules of recent wrestling again. Back in the day a DQ meant it switched but that certainly has changed. He's definitely still champ. |

I don't care how "cutesy" it is due to it being ODB and EY, the fact that a MAN is a Knockouts champion is a joke. |

The title change on a DQ was an NWA rule, they stopped that when NWA took their titles back

I had this really weird feeling a few weeks back that ODB & EY would end up with the Knockouts Championships. I knew then it didn't make sense and TNA has gotten better lately so I didn't think they'd actually do it but I hate to see that I was right.  Sucks Hardy missed the show due to food poisoning, I am sure they will film it tonight and add it in to next weeks show. Don't really care about the match anyway though with Gunner and Garett involved. I'm glad to see Anderson back though and not in the main event picture. Also, I hope we finally see Morgan/ Crimson split at Victory Road and have a match at Lockdown.. maybe Morgan will give Crimson his first loss and end that stupid undefeated streak. I even like Crimson but I am not a fan of undefeated streaks, especially when they have no meaning. I'd be great to see him lose and then go heel and freshen up his gimmick. |

I would not mind if ODB was KO Tag champs with almost any woman however Eric Young as her KO Tag Champ partner is just not good imo. I wish she was still tagging with Jacqueline they were a good heel tag team and I think they could have become a good face tag team if they tried it.. The X-Division match sounds great but why are they having it on Impact I thought it was booked for the PPV? That match is still happening right? |

After taking a second look at this maybe they will make the title win void and say Eric your not a woman and ODB you need a new partner because the former champs are gonna face you at the ppv for the knockouts tag titles. Kim and Madison will be upset. Then have ODB go at it alone. Have Madison turn on Kim then leave as ODB gets the win. Then have Madisson say BTW Kim I made our match next. Have Madison hit her finisher and it turns Kim Face. Gail Kim can team with ODB because ODB hates sk**ks. Then have Madison team up with a Random knockout for the tag title rematch vs. ODB and Kim and have Madisson turn on her partner again. Saying she's sick of sharing the glory and taking a back seat. Well now she's the driver and she's gonna run over Gail Kim at the next PPV. Have Madisson attack Kim backstage at Lockdown and think she's gonna win by forfeit by 10 count and have Kim make a surprise entrance covered in bandages for the title.

Jeff Hardy and Garrett Bischoff defeated Kurt Angle and Gunner in the tag team match (taped last Wednesday) that will be featured on the 3/8/12 show since Hardy missed the taping the day before due to food poisoning.
