hey all
I guess this is more for STOMWIJF, but has anyone ever seend Bootlegs of the LJN figures? I mean we have seen on this board Hasbro Bootlegs, ECW Bootlegs, Jakks TTL Bootlegs, Jakks RA/CS Bootlegs, all kinds of Mexican Bootlegs, Justoys Bootlegs (well just there head on another body), and the famous 1980's He-Man body style. Well just wanted to ask if any of you have seen them, heard of them or have them.. later
later dudes

Can honestly say that I have never seen Bootleg LJN figures. I assume that they were to costly to make bootlegs of as they all had an unique mold.

that's right, but look at all the ecw bootlegs that I posted and there size is really not a factor. They have been 2 inches, 5 inches and so on... well thanks guys

I agree with STOMWIJF. I have been collecting since I was a child, which was the time the LJNs first came out. I can say that in over twenty years I have never seen a bootleg LJN figure. Simply, as stated, they would be too hard to duplicate for a cheap price.

yeah i've thought about that and it would be great if ljn bootlegs existed but i've never seen any. as stated before due to the size, the molds, cost of materials ect. leads me to believe they were never made. never know though maybe in some country they made them.

well look at it this way... STOMWIJF has two molds for LJN figures. He could be the one that starts the bootleging.. haha
STOMWIJF how come you have never made any figures from MOLDS you got? Even just using Clay or Playdough?
also can you post the pictures again of these molds you have? I only know that once before you posted a Superfly and SGT that was never released. thanks STOMWIJF
