Thanks yall. nope you have it down where its supposed to go you need a ring a roster and site to put it all up on if you need to figure out what I mean just look at a bunch of the shows here and you will see different formats and figure out what you want. if you want comments on your show comment on what you think on other shows getting their attention and seeing what your shows about. you also may want a photobucket or image shack account for posting the pics for your show there is also a thread somewhere here that would help you more than I can

prbbly this weekend I just finished taping Good deal. The main issue with me is i dont got weapons really and I dont have announcers or anything. I should be good for now though . Any easier way of keeping in touch? if you need weapons plenty of people sell or trade theirs on the classifieds board and as for commentary if you have a hard time finding a Jerry lawler or Taz figure I recommend maybe making some custom commentators I used to use Mr.T as Tazs patner back before I started NPWL

The main issue with me is i dont got weapons really and I dont have announcers or anything. Well, you don't really need any of that. It all depends on what type of feeling you want for your show. They could all just be fighting in a basement a la "Fight Club" with no refs or anything. There are many different ways to go, as some guys have already told you. A lot of people create free forums to host their shows and upload their pictures to photobucket or similar image hosting sites. I host my stuff in my own domain, so I can just upload everything so my web layout will look a little different than others. You do need a minimum of internet/web knowledge but I think there are many sites that offer basic web templates and even free hosting to make your job easier.

Hey there, Kyle, and welcome! It's cool that you want to start up your own pic fed, this is the right place to talk about it and ask questions! Like Masspick said, look through the shows here to get a rough idea on different formats and how fedders set up their displays. The absolute minimum that you need to start a fed is a couple of figures, a camera, and a ring. (Actually, you don't even need a ring if you're doing a hardcore fed!) I recommend a tripod for your camera to keep it steady and get the clearest shots, usually using Macro mode. Try to set up an area that you'll be able to work undisturbed. Trust me, it sucks to have to move your arena around all the time! Also, make sure you have good lighting around so that your pics come out nice and clear. It's up to you to decide on your roster and what type of wrestling fed you want to present. It's recommended to start with a small, manageable set of wrestlers so that your stories don't get out of control. Build a solid foundation before expanding the roster/storylines. An announce team is a necessity because they'll be providing all the background info and hyping up the action in the ring. Other supporting characters that are nice, but not 100% necessary, are a referee and a GM/Owner. Also, check out the official rules and FAQ's here: wfigs.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=figfedpics&action=display&thread=191249You'll find helpful tips and a guide to where you can go to host your own forum and pics. One of your first steps will be to set up your own forum to host your show, I recommend using Proboards. Well, that's all I can think of for a quick start. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us. I hope this helps!

Hey man welcome.
1. Firstly work out a roster and type of fed; Indy, classic or something like WWE. 2. Write out storylines but don't have to much going on and once or we all get confused. 3. Set up an arena which suits your fed. Use print outs for the crowd and your show logo's around the arena. You could also look into backstage area's for those crucial backstage segments to keep stories alive. 4. Get filming that 1st episode. Use a good camera as if those pictures suck people will lose interest- trust me I would know-. 5. Have good poses and quality pictures. Look back over the pictures and if any are to dark, to light, to blurry retake it! 6. Upload those photo's onto photobucket and have your own forum for your show. 7. Put the photo's into the forum and begin adding commentary to the episode. 8. Post your show here then get cracking with Episode 2 continuing the storylines.

5. Have good poses and quality pictures. Look back over the pictures and if any are to dark, to light, to blurry retake it! Lighting is very important and lots of people overlook it. Dark pictures don't just look, well, dark; if your digital camera doesn't get enough light to work with, there is no way your pictures will pop. I have this issue with WCM, since I work on a small desk with light at my back and just an extra lamp above and to the left side of my setup. Some areas get great light, but some others are terrible spots to shoot in, since the bad lighting screws stuff pretty bad. People think pic fedding is just about the figures, but photography and lighting can make or break you too.
