I was considering a MOC Hasbro collection. I have them all loose that I have had forever. But now, I was thinking about collecting them on card. I havent a slightest idea how much these sell for these days. What is the average price for these MOC? What is the highest figure price in this collection and who is it?
Thanks for your help...........

Prices have dropped dramatically over the last few years.
You should be able to get most of the light blue & red carded figures for $ 15 - $ 20 (some even less than that). Andre and Dusty are more rare and can command $ 100+.
Some Series 1 and 2 also came with a (SummerSlam 1991) motion card.... these are more rare than the regular versions.
Most light blue & red carded figures were also released on foreign card (Spanish, Italian, French etc). These sell for about 25% less than US/English cards.
There are a couple of gems in the color carded series:
Dark Blue : Razor # 2 (purple) and Shawn # 3 (black) Green : Borga, Yoko, Evil Crush and 1-2-3 Kid (both Gunns are easier to find)
The rarest are the bagged mail-aways (.... do NOT EVER buy these loose without bag): Hulk Hogan ($ 150+), Undertaker & Bret Hart. $ 200+
There's the bagged Silvervision Hulk Hogan # 2..... same figure as released on card btw.... $ 150+
The rarest piece must be the JC Penney Ring that comes with bagged Macho # 1 and Hulk #1.
The yellow KoTR Ring is also $ 150+.
Just check eBay and you should have a general idea on the value.

In the UK it seems MOC have dropped in price even more so. You can pick up MOC for under £5 as i did just yesterday and these were on English card, 2 Spanish Mocs went for Only £3 and that was including p&p as Stom explained there are a few sought after rarer mocs such as the green cards which still sell fo £30-£60, i wouldnt be surprised if in another 5 years you would be able to find them even cheaper

i would agree with kev85hasbro a fatu is currently seeling at 15 pound when usually it could command only 5, a skinner went for 13 and the red cards seem to have went up the most i recently sold a bret hart silver shades for £30 and the yokozunas can now command up to £20

i think the hasbro wwf price market is slowly going up again. I see no evidence of that. For instance, yellow card figures like Crush and Razor that used to sell for $20 and up have recently only been getting between 7-10 USD on ebay. The dark blue card set, except for Razor in purple and Shawn in black, are almost worthless. I saw the Headshrinkers sell for just over five dollars plus shipping for the set earlier this week. And none of these examples are isolated instances. After keeping so many Hasbros MOC for over twelve years now, I'm really thinking about just tearing open the cards on some of these and having fun! It'd be worth more than selling them at this point!

I'd suggest buying a lot of loose Hasbros. they go dirt cheap and you won't regret it later. everything is in a downslide right now. The US as a whole is in a recession. that's what happens when you're like $600 billion or some crapin debt. Blame Bush. Bush made my MOC Giant Gonzalez worthless

Bush made my MOC Giant Gonzalez worthless Bush hurt the price of your Giant Gonzalez figure? That's an interesting prespective you've got there! Anyway, off topic, the US economy has been skating on thin ice for well over a decade now. The bottom just fell out while this particular president was in office. On topic, it's not so much about having loose Hasbros as it is getting out all of that "mint on card collector" frustration. I used to have nearly a complete set MOC, but I sold key pieces throughout the years and kept a handful of duplicates boxed up and stores away for later. All that closet and attic space for boxes of pristine, carded figures that now sell for about what I originally paid back in the mid to late 90s! I just think it'd be fun to rip open the packages on some of the cooler figures that don't sell for much of anything anymore and have some nice, fresh LOOSE mint figures to go on the shelf. Tearing open the packages is most of the appeal in this case!

I've been trying to complete my loose set (only five away) and a lot of the ones I bought were in packages. Opening an Hasbro is a tough feeling to top. It really takes you back a few years...
