Looks like a decent animation.
It's relatively smooth at points, and the rotations look ok. He could have had a bit of momentum going into the jump, and it's pretty stiff all the way through. It also gets a little choppy at the end. Another thing is, is that you do the reactions with the guys legs at the front, try and have his legs at the back and body at front, it just looks better.
