Not bad, but you need more frames, there is no jump at all.
Its very stiff, way more movement is needed. Bending joints even slightly per frame will help a lot.

Alex pretty much covered most of it, but it does get somewhat smooth in the airtime. Have a look in the first aid thread, that might help ya'.
