Your best shot is a japanese site, Yahoo! Japan Auctions (for the latter option you'll need a bidding agent) or maybe ebay or highspots. Normal charapro figures are 5" high, this one is kneeling so a bit smaller (don't have it myself).

I own this figure as well as the "variant" without the mask, both MOC. I could try and take some pictures if you would really like me to, but unfortunatley those 2 are not currently on display so it may take me a while to get to them.
They are both very cool Muta figures!

I tried emailing kaikodo.net on Monday, but I haven't heard anything back. I nearly passed out when I saw the selection he had. I knew it was too good to be true.

That fig is really nice!! That mask does look like Darth Vader and his face paint (and horns) looks like Darth Maul...
