Pretty much got most of the basic problems. Stiff, Pretty choppy and a little fidgety at some points.
Try adding more frames to make it smoother, and try to move every joint in every frame.

Matt pretty much covered it. Stiffness can be solved my moving the joints more. It's choppy as well. That's an awesome style!

The new one isn't as choppy, but instead floaty. Getting smoother! Bad reactions.  The stick is kinda hard to see because of the color. |
