ANSWERS:

#1 Diesel pinned Owen Hart when the match was actually against Yoko & Bulldog (Subbing for Owen). So he did not pin the legal man.

#2 Haku 06/21/88 - Glens Falls, NY
Haku was awarded the crown at a television taping in the absence of Harley Race.
