As a longtime fan of Stan, I was given a signed copy of the book as a gift (Thanks Professor:)
It really does give a very interesting insight into the Pro Wrestling World both in the US and especially, Japan. While Stan does become repetitive at times on certain subjects, he shares some cool stories, perspectives and opinions on a great many topics.
I was always fascinated by his style, which was the ability to hit the ring and create total chaos, favoring a fast, brutal style over the more methodical style of that time.
He covers his relationships with Brody, Baba, Inoki, Ole, Martel, Verne and many more.
Having been there when we won the AWA Title from Martel as a kid, it was cool to hear the story of how it happened, why it went down and the aftermath that came about when he left the AWA.
If you're old school like I am, pick it up as you'll enjoy it.

Haha! Did you happen to read any of Dutch Mantell's books? Dutch's first book is absolutely hilarious. I am getting his second book, and Hansen's book for Christmas.
