I think Storm deserved the title at some point in his career but, I think Roode should be the one wearing the strap to be honest.

I'm guessing Angle losing so quickly has something to do with his injuries. Roode vs. Storm will be fresh for the main event and i'm intrigued by it, I love to see fresh faces in any companies main event scene. I don't think that either of them are really ready to carry the company, but both of them together could i think. Even though Storm is champ Roode will be right there with him carrying the ball, I'm sure he'll even be the one to take it off storm.

WOW! Mark my words, this is the start of a new ERA in pro wrestling. Storm might just become the biggest babyface wrestler on the planet. Guy has all the skills and just beat Angle in 3 minutes, unheard of! So pumped! What are you on? I'd like some please. Nothing TNA has done has made a difference but giving the title to James Storm will turn everything around and make him the number one wrestler on the planet? Give me a break. |

This is perfect. I have full belief that Storm and Roode will feud over the title, thus elevation BOTH stars at the Main Event level and shutting Hogan haters up for another day...Cause lord knows they'll find SOMETHING to bitch about. And they couldn't do this with Roode winning at BFG why? They could have done the same thing. You don't end your biggest show of the year with a dirty, classic  ing TNA finish. They have so many ing stupid finishes. |

I read that Angle was punching Storm for about a minute, got distracted by the ref, and then got superkicked. Angle is defiantly injured. This Storm/Roode thing has me intrigued though. Hopefully Strom turns heel and not Roode. Storm is an amazing heel.

I like it. I for one did not like the idea of having Rhoode's first title run as a face. He's a good face but a much better heel. Now Rhoode can capture the title from Storm and start a heel title run and im sure itll be great.
I would have pefered if they did a angle at BFG where Rhoode got hurt and Storm took his place and became champion. Then Rhoode turns heel on impact to start their program.

Angle wanted to drop the title because his hamstring was literally black and he was in so much pain. But TNA really wanted him to go out there and actually wrestle to drop the belt even though he said he couldn't. But he did anyways. So that's why it was so quick. Poor Angle. Always so messed up.
