I like Storm, but Bobby is all around just better than him. He has the better look and in-ring skils. Storm is better on the mic, but not by much IMO, as both are great. I've been a huge Bobby fan since I started watching TNA in 2005, and think that TNA made a huge mistake. Storm is good, but not the top guy in the company, atleast to me. Bobby should have gotten this.

You have to be kidding me! Roode should have won at Bound For Glory.

It's because of wwe talking to him they probably don't want either of beer money to leave so there building them both up until the sign a new contract.

This is perfect. I have full belief that Storm and Roode will feud over the title, thus elevation BOTH stars at the Main Event level and shutting Hogan haters up for another day...Cause lord knows they'll find SOMETHING to bitch about.

roode turns heal to feud with Storm. I like the call. Storm is more marketable and better on the mic, but Rood e will make for a formidable heel. Still makes little sense but its better than nothin

doesn't surprise me. I expected Roode to win it at BFG and Storm to turn, leading to them feuding, while Angle backs out of the company.
Instead, it's the other way around. Still a joke as neither can carry a company. Another Roode/Storm feud could be interesting though... that's about it.

Hinted at this the other day, a few people understood and messaged me. This actually came about over the last two months after his approaching of TNA about his contract. Very happy for him. As much as I would have liked seeing him in the WWE, he's been with TNA for 9 years now and it's about time he gets his shot. He's gotten in so much better shape recently too.
Roode is going to become a huge heel for TNA and I can't wait to see it all progress. What you're going to see in the next month or two might be some of Roode's best work yet.

I like Storm more than Roode so this is cool to me. Still think the best move was giving Roode the title at BFG but atleast this is interesting.

I used to thing he was the most boring guy in TNA back when he was with Team Canada, but he got a lot better in Beer Money. But I think that was mostly because of James Storm's charisma. I like them both and hope they produce a good story line and matches.

That is so weird.
Very stupid imo and Roode must be upset he didn't win last night.

The way the match came about kinda irks me. From what I've read, Sting is made the new boss in TNA, Kurt Angle confronts him, so Sting throws him in the match. I mean you have the build up with Roode, how it's such a big deal to his career, and he looses, and then Storm gets a match, almost as a punishment to Kurt, and wins the belt.

Plus, Roode got screwed because of referee positioning. He should be entitled to a rematch soon and if Sting is the bossman, Roode will be first in line considering Sting thought Roode was going to win.

I've not watced TNA in just over a year now, but Storm was always one of my favourites, way back since his AMW days, so I'm delighted by this and it might get me watching TNA again.
... maybe not.

love how hogan's comments completely foreshadowed this one. hardy will have the belt back in 2 months, judging on said comments.

WOW!
Mark my words, this is the start of a new ERA in pro wrestling. Storm might just become the biggest babyface wrestler on the planet. Guy has all the skills and just beat Angle in 3 minutes, unheard of!
So pumped!

LOVE this. Storm is a way better face that Roode...so Roode turning heel and feuding with Storm makes awesome sense! Let's actually hope for a decent reign...every champion has the belt and loses it within a month anymore
