Wild game against Carolina tonight. Definitely got out of hand near the end. Cam Ward acting like a hardass to reporters after the game about telling Rask to "get back in his net" was pretty dumb, and Gleason looked completely spineless on various occasions. Scoreboard is all that matters in the end, though. Chara smash?  That was a crazy game though for sure. |

Edmonton and Winnipeg are going to be some beastly teams in the next few years. Same with Colorado. I like that the NHL's starting to open up again. It's not just Pittsburgh, Detroit, Boston and San Jose anymore. LA's getting strong, Phoenix is one of the most underrated sports franchises in North America in general. The Jets and Canucks are coming around...I like it. |

Met Thomas Vanek today. Cool guy. Was kinda funny cause I had my Bolts jersey on and him and I were doing a little bit of trash talking.
Was cool for my aunt though because Thomas is one of her favorite players and she got a pic with him.

Got 4th row tickets for tonights win against Columbus. Franzen mustve heard me say that Id throw my hat if he got the trick because he tripped over a Columbus player with an empty net and didn get it lol regardless, 5-0 baby  Tomorrow we try to end Washingtons streak |

Sad to see Samuelsson go, and a bit shocking to see Sturm go so quickly, but Booth is a good pickup for the Canucks. I hope both Samuelsson and Sturm will be good addition to the Panthers, as they're shaping up a decent team this season.

Good trade for Vancouver. They got a good 26 year old forward and some other dude plus a 3rd rounder, while Florida got two aging guys, one of which can't stay healthy.

Absolute STEAL getting Booth and dumping Sturm. Tons of upside for vancouver, im hearing vancouver might be working on a second deal. Glad they fixed that off season mistake.
