Soyrudo.com: It starts again! Told you so!

Looks like the owner of soyrudo.com is at it again with his bad business practices:

it's only a matter of time before he starts with the "no insurance" crap & then dissapears once again from ebay.

I was hoping the guy would have turned it around & became a reputable seller, but he falls into the same scummy pattern time after time.

As the saying goes...Those that don't learn from history, are doomed to repeat it.

i ordered 4 figures from him, recieved 2 right away, haven't recieved the others yet though. sent an e-mail and he responded, so far i have no problem. if i dont get the 2 figs, then it's a problem, as long as they come i'll give him good feedback though. people dont relize that it takes awhile for stuff to arrive from mexico and sometimes customs wont let stuff through. we'll see what happens.

This clown has come up with at least three different ebay IDs and done the same thing. He's served to give ALL Mexican ebay sellers of lucha merch a bad name. I'm leary of buying from anyone because of I'm worried that it's this seller with another ID again. It's sad, but I don't want to get burned again, so it's best to just pass.

I ordered from him in Feb. & didn't get most of my order until May. I have dealt with the guy for a number of years & even had to file a mail fraud claim against him at one point, & still TRIED TO WORK WITH HIM. The guy has got more excuses than results when it comes to shipping his product. I was honestly surprised that it took him this long to screw up.

hey guys! a little update, a friend spoke with the owner of soyrudo.com & was told that he is back in the u.s., but without his figures & won't be going back to mexico for a few weeks, so if you plan on buying anything from him on ebay, expect delays!

he just put new figs up on ebay yesterday. also when i ordered the 4 figs, 1 came from mexico and 1 came from california each on a different day. so he may have figs in 2 places or it could be multiple people using one ebay account. he also often incorrectly lists items, so if you check his ebay store and see Aguila, dont get excited thinking that we finally have gotten a Mr. Aguila figure, it's not Aguila, the fig is of El Angel.

he didnt answer my emails untill i opened the dispute. He was then quick to refund my money.

i recieved the third fig today, so the fourth should be arriving soon. people dont seem to realize that sometimes things take alittle longer to arrive from Mexico. i dont expect figs fr at least a month if i order from mexico. if they come sooner than that, great, if they dont i'm not upset because i expect it to take longer. same thing when i order from japan. my experience with this seller has been fine and i plan on ordering from him again as he is the only dealer that has the El Elegido fig i need.

Yes, it's true that things take longer from Mexico than most other places, and yes it is also true that the only thing that rivals the corrupt mexican government is their equally ccorrupt postal service, but this guy has got so many excuses as to why things don't make it to their buyers that it's pathetic. Don't get me wrong, I truly wish that this guy could get his act together, but I have given him multiple chances over the years...even I have a breaking point. I just wish there was a seller from mexico who didn't act like a shifty little bastard after they ge6t a taste of the greenbacks.

He was good to me, I ordered 2 figures and even with the slow holiday shipping I got it them in a week or so. Nice guy, listed some figures he had that I was interested for me. He sent from California by the way.
