www.profightdb.com/cards/wwf/msg-show-jan-3994-5139.html i was looking on this website and saw that Owen Hart won a Royal Rumble match at a Madison Square Gardens event. does anyone have any information on this? (what number he drew, who eliminated who etc) did anyone here go to the event?

Thats Crazy!!! I would have loved to see him when the rumble and go onto to wrestlemania x for the title. It could have been him and Bret facing Yoko. Bret vs Yoko first and wins and then Owen vs Bret and wins for the Title!!!!!

There is a video of this. There is a fan cam style video that was taped of the whole show, cause this is the show where The Quebecers won the tag belts back from Jannetty and The Kid. I know the WWE also recorded footage of that, because they showed it on the Royal Rumble ppv right before the Hart Bros. vs. Quebecers match. So there probably is real WWE footage of that Rumble, but the one that is going around in tape trades is the Fan Cam style version.

I've definitly seen the video of this, but its no longer on youtube. I remember reading somwhere that Owen won as a test to see how the NY crowd would react to him getting a main event push.
