Does anyone know when Barbarian and Warlord started to wear their outfits they are most known for as singles?
Barbarian, the one with fur and antlers and Warlord the silver & black outfit.

I know it was definitely after Wrestlemania 6. Barbarian wore his PoP style of gear against Tito Santana at WM 6, so it had to have been shortly after that.

i remember the segment where they had Fuji announce he had "sold" them to their respective new managers, but Barbarian continued on for a little while after that in his POP gear...
i think Warlord changed his look first, pretty soon after Slick took him over...

they talk about this in their shoot......but Im pressed to remember it.their shoot is good actually.
Warlord was told first his paint gimmick was going-so there was more lead time to furnish him.
I think Barbarians look got a lot more consideration because as the better worker he was thought of more highly.....thats why he was put with Heenan.Vinnie had plans for him.
clearly they didnt pan out.

When I first started this thread I knew that Barbarian had two fur outfits. One had a large, upper chest necklace with bones and the other one (by Survivor Series time) was the long fur cape. Now I remember Warlord had a few as well, a black mask, silver mask and a different chest protector (a big W) when he was with Wippleman.
