Its all so stiff mate, and choppy, when you move frames make sure they dont look all like in one pose one moment and then another and then back again because that looks really awkward. move the joints a little bit more, I like your style, maybe take less frames and add more of a reaction? And maybe make better ropes or make a rope half the size and then add the same stick to the other side and you can make it bounce easier. And better.
