Not the best I've seen from you though still pretty solid. Main thing that sticks out to me is that it's too fast throughout the whole thing and needs a lot more frames, like the jump going into it only had 3 or so frames when it could have used at least 10. Movements seemed pretty right on and stiffness didn't seem to be too much of a problem though it's kind of hard to tell because of how fast it is. Reactions looked pretty rushed. Overall I think you should be trying easier animations, main thing to work on is slowing it down though.
