Bought this on eBay this morning:  The bubble is almost loose, so I will have to see if I can repair/reseal it cleany once I receive the figure. I have done simular repairs in the past, so I am hopefull that I can restore Davey to former glory. Nice find. What would you use to repair it? Would super glue work? or would that decrease it's value? Usually super glue will work, but it has to be done with patience and care. Obviously it's going to worth less than a Mint on Mint Card piece, but restoring it nicely should increase the value compared to the state it is right now. |

Wow is he really worth that much! if so then great find!ihope you can restore it to as good as possible.
Is the bulldog a rare LJN loose or just carded?

nice pick up. I hope you can restore it like you want. I guess the hole top of it must be loose in order for the previous owner to be able to remove the figure without damage.

Great buy on that super rare figure. What king of glue have you used in the past to reseal these?
I was also curious about the poster. Does it come with the british bulldogs poster with both members on it (like the tag team did) or do the single carded bulldogs come with a poster with only the single member on it?

I've always liked selling on ebay to overseas countries because they can pay more because of their currency value. |

Even with a rough package That's a great deal.. Davey defiantly appears less then dynamite...I think that is the first single davey boy I've seen in a year or two. Great find.....
On a side note: Have you found a MOC Jake thumb wrestler yet?

STOMWIJF I'm glad you got this Figure for your Collection. Your a Great member here and always help out with your advice and knowledge of past figures.
It's only fitting one of the Rarest LJN Singles of all time belongs in your collection.

No. I want to... and the only bundy I've seen MOC is the one you picked up.... I'm still shocked them 2 are not together, I was 95% conviced they were only released together until you got Bundy with someone else.... One day Jake will appear MOC but I've been saying that for about 5 years now,,,lol.... |
