The running was a bit slow and um... how should I say this... unorthodox. He jumped way to far and I thought he was going to jump off of the chair and onto the turnbuckle, on to the table. Well, the table break was OK but the orange/green stick had really no reactions, same with purple.

Nice style you have there, okay so like the running at the start though smooth and not too stiff (a little more movement in the back would have been good) looked stompy and seeing as I spent awhile studying other animations to improve my running I can help you with that, basically you need to try and only have the legs hitting the floor on two or three frames per step, like you have the first when the stick is still on the way down with a slight bend in the leg, the on the next frame you move the stick forward enough so that you can have the stick's leg straight and on a backward angle, if it makes sense; the leg on the first frame '\' then the leg on the second frame '/'. If you don't really get that you can PM me and I can send you some animations to look at. Anyway the jump to the chair and then jump to the table looked a bit fast compared to the start, you should try and use a consistent amount of frames throughout so that one part isn't too fast compared to the rest. Now on the airtime though it was kind of smooth it could still use some more frames. The back looked stiff and needed a lot more movement, the arms and legs however were quite well done. Reactions were very good and taking the time to do them properly is something that you should try and do with your future animations, anyway good job here at the moment the main thing I think you should focus on is keeping a good speed through out and working on the small stiff parts in your animations - then once you have those down you can start to get into spacing. Good job.
