Right now in my collection I have the clean shaven cpl. I have never seen the other two in person.
The full beard is obvious when looking, however, when I was looking in the database, it appeared the stubble version wasn't so obvious.
For those that have seen the figure in person. Is the stubble painted on or is the rubber just bubbled a bit on his face?
I have decided to add a full beard version to my collection (when I can find one), but was interested in finding out more about the stubble version.

stubble version is a textured beard, not painted. it is basically the full beard version, not painted. I have all 3 Kirschners

I have the stubble version and clean version...I saw the bearded one once.. but had no cash.. I will get a pic for you of my stubble version...also I will get a pic of the G.Steel with hair painted

ok... here is the CPL Kirchner stubble version I also threw in some other LJN Variants. Capt Lou red shirt and white shirt vers Jimmy Hart with hearts on meg w/o hearts on meg Mean Gene w/ wwf logo w/o wwf logo White shirt ref & blue shirt ref painted hair on chest Steel painted hair on back Steel

Not to blow my own horn, but I think the Databae picture are pretty clear (perhaps somewhat small). Midnight is correct though... the stubble version is an unpainted bearded version.

Thanks for the info guys. those pics above seem to come up bigger than the ones in the database (on my computer anyway). I have never seen that George Steele, I thought it was just manually painted until I saw the database pic. How rare is that painted version? and what the heck were they thinking making it look like that.
