no one has ICW according to the FAQ's....I had planned on doing this fed back in 06, and had posted about it, but nothing ever happened

It's a Fantasy Booking fed , but yeah you can use It since Pic Fedding and FB'ing are two different things.

ICW has signed Konnan, Homicide, Hernandez and Machete, also known as LAX. No word on when they will debut. Expect them to get a big push. Also, We have learned that Billy Graham, ownwer of ICW will be making a formal announcement in 2 weeks. We also know that because of the money he has, and his connections, that there could be pretty much anyone signed to ICW, either full time or for random apperances. The full disclosed roster is at the top of the page.
Expect to see ICW's first PPV, Renewal, late May/early June
