Imagine someone like him nowadays. Everyone would be like "WHO CARES and "GET ON WITH IT" That guy just rambles on and on as if the world is his oyster lol. How long was he with WWF?

Here's his obituary from the Feb 1, 1993 Morning Call newspaper-
Joseph (Joe) P. McHugh, the oldest active professional ring announcer in the country, 88, of Allentown, died yesterday in Sacred Heart Hospital.
He formerly was the official announcer for the World Wrestling Federation, which taped many worldwide syndicated shows in Allentown's Agricultural Hall.
Prior to that, he announced boxing matches, on and off, for more than 50 years, in the Allentown area and nationally, including everyone from Jack Dempsey to Muhammad Ali. Throughout his career, he introduced more than 10,000 matches.
He was a former stand-up comic and master of ceremonies in area clubs. After spending time in vaudeville, he tried his hand at promoting entertainment acts at area clubs. He was part owner of Club Rio, a nightclub near Hamilton and Cedar Crest boulevards in South Whitehall Township.
He was also a sales associate for the former Roy Eichelberger Roofing and Siding, Allentown.
He was the announcer for the Allentown St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee for the past 30 years.
He was a a charter member of the Old Time Boxers Association, Lehigh Valley, and received the association's first Charles W. Ettinger Memorial Award for outstanding contributions to boxing, and the Testimonial Award as a tribute to his service.
He was the husband of the late Barbara M. (Gorman) McHugh.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Owen E. and Bridget (Brown) McHugh.
He was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
When the WWF wasn't being broadcast form Allentown, PA, Gary Michael Cappetta would do the ring announcing.
