I would personally like to thank WWE for reminding me to get CoP back on my iPod. I love that song.

Never have I been more dis-interested in WWE than right now. This episode of RAW was pointless and boring, just like last week's. And anyone who get's their panties in a bunch over my comment, are insecure losers and are completely missing the point of an opinion.

It amazes me how the likes of "Roosta from Broosta" or Kentonbomb watch Raw week after week, then come on here and bitch about every single thing. If it's so bad, Why continue watching the show? Seriously, stop bitching about it every week, and don't watch the damn show. I don't come into this thread every week. Infact, I don't even come on to this forum nowadays. I enjoyed the angle up until this week, I mean jesus christ, can't somebody give a negative opinion? Not you. Because it's all you give if it's not TNA realted. You're negative EVERYWHERE you post except the TNA board. And ever since that Ipod situation, I'm just convinced that you're a complete a**hole everywhere you go, and with everything you do.

Some people just refuse to give up their ability to pick apart each and every little detail, each and every week.
I fully enjoyed tonight's ending...didn't enjoy every detail of the show, but I loved the turnout. Best angle in years and years.

The biggest problem here is that the title tournament was the wrong way to go. The way the whole thing was handled was just piss poor and I think it killed a lot of people's interest. There was no context to base it off of last week. Why was it happening? They never really bothered to mention because they couldn't mention "CM Punk". Why were they attempting to crown a new champion when someone walked out with the belt the night prior? Wasn't the whole point to walk out? Why, after advertising a new WWE Champion to be crowned last week, did you pull the plug and move it to next week? Vince being relieved of his duties was enough to bring your viewers back next week, the title tournament was secondary. Why were the superstars excited to compete for an illegitimate title? The word "vacated" was never once mentioned until JR said it tonight, in what I presume to be just a mistake on his part. That was obviously a calculated decision. Saying the title was vacated would have answered nearly every question, but they didn't. Why bother to finish the tournament if you were just going to give the belt back to Cena? If Cena was the win the Championship, Triple H should have apologized for Vince's decision to set up the tournament, and turned the match between Mysterio and Miz into a triple threat with John Cena. I understand the endgame, but it just approached awkwardly, like creative was walking on eggshells with the new found freedom or allowance to create compelling stories. Everything about the last couple of weeks has just been strange, so I can understand why people are feeling a little underwhelmed. For what it's worth, and in this cesspool of stupidity it's not worth much, but I agree with you. I use the word continuity when I talk about TNA, primarily because they have none 9 times out of 10, but I think we have seen a lack of continuity with this whole title thing. Not with Punk, because I think Punk is the one thing keeping it all together, but it feels like they didn't know what they wanted to do in order to get the belt back on Cena and it created sort of the weirdness that played out tonight. I get what you're saying, and you're definitely onto something. They took this big, elaborate, clunky route to get an illegitimate title back around the waist of Cena so that he had a reason to face Punk when he came back. Then, they crammed that big, clunky and awkward plan into four hours of television. There were much simpler solutions to be had. And I think you're absolutely right when it comes to comparing this to TNA, but I think this has more to do with accessibility than continuity. TNA is relatively inaccessible to outsiders because, simply put, they don't have their craptogether. Roles change from week to week, etc, we all know what it's like to watch an episode of Impact. In this case, for these past two weeks, WWE became incredibly inaccessible to the outside viewer because of that stupid little hang up that stated that CM Punk couldn't be mentioned. He's so crucial to everything that has been going on that without being able to talk about him, everything just appears unorganized and scatterbrained.

Did anyone else find themselves enjoying Rey vs Cena? I thought it was good, although Cena did botch quite a bit.

They couldn't have put Cena in the tournament because Cena was supposed to get fired. Would look pretty bad if he made it to the finals and ended up fired. They had to go without Cena in the tournament. Yeah but they didn't need to do the tournament at all imo. Why not leave it up in the air, and then when Vince tried to fire Cena, then Triple H could have come out and removed him from his duties. THEN they could have had a tournament, wherein Cena won. I just think the tournament was meaningless, obviously in retrospect but still. Cena winning 3 times in 1 night just to have Punk come out and establish with the audience that he is the real WWE Champion just would have been more meaningful imo. Instead we got something that seemed a bit more sloppy than that, at least it came off that way to me.

I'm surprised people enjoy and back a show up so much just because a 5-10 minute segment each week is the only thing that's having people talk.
Forget that it doesn't make sense at all, and Triple H telling Vince that his duties have been relinquished don't make sense and it didn't need to happen, much like this title tournament that didn't need to happen, much like the return that shouldn't have happened tonight to negate not only Raw for the past 2 weeks, but the PPV as well...
and you have a great show..I applaud the people that love this. Seriously, I do.

i thought it was a good raw tonight. most of the matches were great, but there were a few things i could do without like the divas match, the lackluster raw address, and cole being involved in anything. i'm almost upset with cena winning, which gave rey less than a 24hr reign, but then punk comes out! who knows what'll happen next? i'm not one of the many here who try to tell the future act like they know what's going to happen. i'm sure people thought punk was going to get screwed at mitb.
either way, i'm enjoying raw a lot lately and i'm not thinking about what i think might happen. i'm doing the reasonable thing and enjoying raw on a weekly basis.

You gave every inclination that you were gonna keep that thing and even went as far as to say the guy deserved to lose it. But whuuuutever. Everything you do or say is misunderstood, and you're just an innocent guy sharing his opinion.

only problem with Cena turning on Rey like that is this. It kind of would have fell flat...what motivation would he have had for tunring ? Kentonbomb? You mad? I was hoping for Anderson too oh well..maybe Thursday lol no. I don't even care about individual wrestlers that much. I watch wrestling for good storylines and matches, not to see my favourites win. If this happened with any of my favourite wrestlers, I would call bullpoop too. I don't f-cking get it. The angle started off great and got even better at MITB. Then last weeks Raw comes along and it all goes downhill. You can all enjoy it, I can't. Mysterio's title win and loss was the icing on the cake for me, never have I seen anything so pointless and bullsh-t since Orton beating Christian on Smackdown. And for those of you bitching about people bitching, don't come into these threads. Stay off the damn computer and look at Raw through Rose-tinted glasses. You come on forums to read OPINIONS, good and bad. Excuse yourself if you expected some sort of suck-fest, but I'm not gonna do it. I didn't expect a suck-fest, but I did expect not to read anymore posts from you in this Thread, what with you saying not even 40 minutes ago.
