Unknown Hasbro figure ??

Hey guys, first of all my names Scott and im from England. Ive been reading the forum posts for a while now, so i decided today i will join and share with you guys what i have ect.

the first thing i want to ask is who is this hasbro figure??

I am a great fan of the hasbros and own nearly all of them, i also feel i know a great deal about them but when i was browsing through the March 1991 WWF magazine i saw this advertisment for the figures with an unknown figure in it.This confused me greatly. I have attatched a picture, but i have to appologise as its not clear at all. To me it looks like a Greg Valentine figure wearing a white jacket with musical notes on. Does anyone know who this is? whether it was an old wrestler who i have just forgotten about over the years, ad hasbro pulled it from production???

This is a prototype figure of Greg Valentine in his Rythem and Blues outfit.He was to be in a 2-pack with his R+B tag team partner The Honkey Tonk Man.
