Real good animation here man, I wouldn't say that it was slow at all. The running did look a bit off though, like it was rather stompy instead of just kind of flowing together, also the arms could have used some more movement - besides that it had a very good amount of frames and was very smooth. The dive part was great, the Blue's movements though a bit fridgety in the arms were very nice and the Red stick didn't really have any problems with it, didn't really like how you couldn't see the reactions but whatever, good job.
