The whole animation needs improvement, but you REALLY have done better. Jump wasn't perfect, but wasn't awful. Make sure EVERY joint is moved in EVERY frame.

this one was very stiff you could made the sticks go up highers also you should have made the table have a reaction too it just doesn't break like that with out bouncing up same goes with the sticks but keep it up this is actually good for your 3rd animation

This is amazing for your third animation man. I'd say that you almost have the right amount of frames though but could use a few more just to smooth it out a bit more - be sure not to use so many that is begins to get slow and floaty though. The joint movement is the main thing that needs working on at the moment, like during the Blue's take off the legs never really fully extended like they should have - instead they kind of remained is the bent position then during the airtime you hardly moved them at all when you should try to move them in every frame so that it doesn't look so awkward, same could be said for most of the other joints too. Reaction and impact weren't there which really hurt the animation, try to do them as they are just as important as any other part of the animation. Overall the main thing you should be working on is moving all the joints and using a few more frames, also don't skip the reactions. Good job - hope to see more from you in the future. By the way you should totally use this or make a new animation and hand it in for the Slobber knocker challenge at the PPV, even though you didn't sign up I'll defiantly throw it in the mix if you PM me an animation for it.
