BACKSTORY:
NXTGEN Pro, founded in 2006 under the name Next Generation Wrestling, has undergone recent changes. First, a bombshell was dropped when it was announced that NXTGEN Pro was heavily in debt. In the winter of 2010, an even bigger bombshell was dropped when the former owner of the defunct WWE, Vincent Kennedy McMahon announced that he, along with his son-in-law Paul Levesque (known to WWE fans as Triple H), Stephanie McMahon-Levesque, had purchased NXTGEN Pro. Then, in the beginning of 2011, a new group, headed by the ever controversial Ken Kennedy, began to attempt a “hostile takeover” of NXTGEN PRO. This new group, now calling themselves “The Axis of Evil”, wants NXTGEN Pro under their control. However, McMahon has assembled his own “personal army”, consisting of Charlie Haas, Randy Orton, NXTGEN National Champion Ted DiBiase, and the newest NXTGEN signee, Kurt Angle. This army has been hand picked by Mr. McMahon to take down The Axis once and for all. Now, this June, at the 3rd annual Best Of The Best Tournament, McMahon and The Axis take their war to Vince McMahon’s creation, The Devil’s Playground.

Devil’s Playground Match: The Axis of Evil (Ken Kennedy, Joey Matthews, Paul Burchill, and TBD) vs. Vince’s Army (Charlie Haas, NXTGEN National Champion Ted DiBiase, Randy Orton, and Kurt Angle) w/ Vince McMahon
Rules for The Devil’s Playground:
- 1 man from The Axis and Vince’s Army starts.
- Every 3 minutes, a member from one team will enter.
- This will happen until every man has entered.
-Once all 8 Men are inside, it will be an elimination tag team match.
-If Vince’s Army wins, The Axis will forever be banned from NXTGEN Pro.
-If the Axis wins, Vince McMahon must give full control of NXTGEN Pro to the Axis.
