Hogan was featured in an lengthy interview that aired last week, just after Macho Man's death. There was a question (interviewer is a serious brown noser, by the way) about Warrior, and, well, watch the video.
This is a video Warrior has now posted. He says thank you to all that watched his Randy Savage tribute, then mentions the above interview and calls Hogan out.
This is going to be good.

Wondered why no one replied. This is the only subforum I visit on a regular basis. Wouldn't have thought to look at the current WWE board for 2 legends.

Posted this in the other thread, but just in case someone only stops by here. This is getting really good. These would be awesome promos if he was making a comeback

It's been well documented that he blew his knee out a few days earlier during a grueling workout. He over-trained trying to get in prime shape in a short period of time. He looks near ready to go right now. Also, that match with Orlando Jordan was pretty damn good, especially considering the condition of UW's knee.

Does anyone else find their current heat a little ironic? I rewatched the Rise & Fall of Warrior DVD and Hulk was actually one of the more positive ones. He even said, "I like Jim."

Maybe Warrior never watched the DVD and just assumed Hogan was bad mouthing him or he is just going the HTM and Iron Shiek route and "working" everyone to keep his name out there

I think a lot of it has to do with jealousy. A lot of wrestlers from the 80s (Warrior, Savage, HTM and many more) wanted to be in the spot Hogan was in but never could get there. Even now many of those stars want to remain in the limelight, get the big paydays from commercials or tv shows or whatever but the world is only interested in Hulk Hogan because he's the only true household name from Professional Wrestling (from that era)

Hogan talks out of both sides, always working the audience. The fact that so many haven't noticed this over the years concerns me... He slams Warrior in that dvd, then says "but I like Jim" with a goofy smirk.

He's the biggest, but everyone knows Warrior, Savage, Andre, Flair, etc.

I can take pictures of everyone you just named and take them to 10 different people and I promise over half of them wouldnt known the names of anyone but Hulk Hogan. Ive been a wrestling fan for 25 years, my parents have been forced to listen to me for years, buy me figures for years and I can promise they wouldnt know any of the above mentioned except for Hogan because Hogan transcends outside of wrestling. Andre, MAYBE, if its a full body pic and not just a casual face shot.

But...why be jealous now? Hogan has had it really rough in recent years. And what is Warrior's goal, other than to get Hulk POed at him?

Family problems, financial disputes....His life is a living soap opera, but people would rather watch a soap opera (Hogans life) then a B rated sci fi movie (Warriors life)

Warrior retired healthy, saved his money, settled down and is raising a family. I doubt highly that he is jealous of Terry Bollea.
