You know as corny as some my take this... I named my son Owen after Owen Hart. I was always a big fan before he passed, but became more so after I heard how great of a father & friend he was.

Just didn't mesh well with the first name my wife liked so my son's middle name is my brothers first name instead

Thats not corny at all. Owen is a good name, and at least you had a reason to name your son Owen. Always better than a random name.

I loved a lot of Owens matches. I loved his match against Davey Boy for the European championship on Raw from Germany. All of King of the Ring 94 matches were sweet. WM10 was a classic. When he faught Shawn at an In Your House was also good. Those are the ones that pop to mind right away

My favorite Owen match is with Bret from WM 10. But like willywilderbeast said, the match with Davy for the Euro title was awesome too.

Im shocked no one made this. Day late but still. 12 Years ago went by so fast. Discuss your fav matches and moments from the great Owen Hart. I cried when I heard about his death. I still miss him. I still feel that he could have been the WWF champ. His match with Bret at WM 10 proved he could hold his own with anyone.

When ever I think of Owen Hart the first memory I get is never a match but his play by play at the 96 King of The Ring, he was on fire that night and made what was already a decent PPV just that little bit better.

I was almost 19 years old when it happened, and it hit me hard, he was one of my favourites, both in the ring and out of it.
His match against Bret at WMX will always be one of my favourites, and a true example of the Four Quarters in wrestling - couldn't ask for better.
RIP Owen.
