Russo has the biggest hard on for Jarrett he always pushes him odee. I do think Russo is a wrestling genuis thou. If you read Russo's book, you'd realize how close they actually are. That doesn't mean you put your friends on top. JJ is mid-carder at best.

Five words that sum up why Russo should never have been the head guy of a wrestling company... Viagra on a pole match. You add to that things like Oklahoma and you realize that while Arquette was his most well known blunder, it may not have been his worst. He is however responsible (I think) for what led to Dusty Rhodes saying "The marquee says "Wrestling", not a midget... Beating off... in a trash can" So I guess that makes up for a little. Gosh, I wish I could find a video of that.

He can't take all of the blame. Vince Russo had some good ideas and bad ideas but he only helped the WWF because Vince reviewed his material and said what was good and bad. Eric Bischoff said Russo was a one trick pony in the Rise and Fall of WCW. I believe that statement. Another thing that began the overkill of the fall of WCW was when Kevin Nash took over as the booker. Biggest mistake of all time. Basically the creative team at that time was very stupid and were just slowly killing what at once had been the best company in the wrestling world.

I don't care what kind of good ideas he had in the past. He, Bischoff, and Hogan took a legendary company and turned it into a money bonfire. No one wanted it but Vince.
What those guys did (and others like Arquette, Nash, and Turner share some blame) is completely inexcusable.
And unfortunately, Vince hasn't learned his lesson from the Kiss concert fiasco. He let Kid Rock take up valuable time at Wrestlemania and let Kevin Federline go over John Cena. Wrestling fans tune into wrestling shows to see wrestling, not concerts.
Yes, I used the dreaded "W" word.
