I would list Lita a little higher but i don't know where. She really did reinvent women's wrestling and changed it.

Madusa giving us the WCW/WWF/Title/Rubbish bin moment is huge and she's not even in there? And yet Beulah (who, as much as I appreciate her, didn't do much apart from take part in the first ever lesbian storyline) and Amazing Kong (who hasn't even hit her peak in terms of popularity yet) are? Whaaaaaaaaa?

Im good with this list now. I cant actually say there are 12 women that influenced womens wrestling. Saying Lita or Trish influenced womens wrestling is like saying Ronnie Garvin influenced wrestling. Just because you became champion doesnt mean you had an impact.

i can't be bothered to make a full list, and i'm only really familiar with WCW and WWF anyway, but i would definetely include Madusa, Chyna, Sherri and Kimberly Page on my list. possibly Daffney too. i'm not just talking actual wrestling talent obviously, but charisma, mic skills, acting talent, character, etc. basically what they bring to the product other than looks.
i still and always have thought Miss Elizabeth was extremely overrated. i'm pretty much the opposite of everyone else in that personally I think she had zero acting talent or charisma at any level beyond looking pretty. at every event i ever saw her at she always just seemed to be standing around looking irrelevant and like she didn't want to be there or have any interest in what was going on around her.
i also agree with Macho Madness that Lita and Trish are very overrated too. talented? - yes, fairly. but very influential, unique and of many great talents? - no. you'd have a hard time convincing me that they'd have had the careers they had if they were slightly less good-looking and hadn't fluttered their eyes at some sleazy WWE agent.

Really? No one considers Amazing Kong as a Legend of the women's division? With these accomplishments? Not to mention she has wrestled and dominated all around the world, which now she is coming into the WWE to capture the championship there. But she is considered a nobody? I highly disagree. WWWA Singles title defeating Ayako Hamada (); WWWA Tag Team titles w/Aja Kong defeating Kyoko Inoue & Takako Inoue (); LLPW Tag Team titles w/Eagle Sawaii defeating Kandori Shinobu & Harley Saito (); AAAW Tag Team titles w/Aja Kong defeating Chigusa Nagoya & Lioness Asuka (); Neo Tag Team titles w/Matsuo Haruka defeating Kyoko Inoue & Mita Etsuko (); Neo Tag Team titles w/Kyoko Kimura defeating Mita Etsuko & Kyoko Inoue (); (Pennsylvania) World-1 Women's title defeating Allison Danger (); AWA Zero One Women's title [Awarded] (??).. NWA World Women's title defeating MsChif (May 5, 2007 at an NWA Midwest show in Streamwood, IL); ChickFight 9 Tournament winner defeating Eden Black in the Finals (June 17, 2007); TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Knockout title defeating Gail Kim (January 10, 2008); TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Knockout title defeating Taylor Wilde (October 23, 2008); TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Knockout Tag Team titles w/HAMADA defeating Taylor Wilde & Sarita (January 4, 2010);

The only stuff Ive seen of hers is TNA which Im still just meh on cause she doesnt have anyone worth working with. The same can be said when you ramble off a top 10 greatest wrestlers. We get guys like Hogan, Flair, Hart HBK but in all honesty, half wouldnt even make it because the list would be filled with Japanese and Mexican stars.

Why is Miss Elizabeth on the list? She never wrestled. If we're including Valets, then Sunny definitely deserves a spot.

However, if she stays healthy, she has a shot at being the biggest star in women's wrestling history. The sky is the limit for her.
