Former WWE talent Shawn Daivari has signed a contract with TNA Wrestling and will appear for the organization at next week's iMPACT! tapings in Orlando, Florida.
Daivari parted ways with TNA Wrestling in December 2009 after requesting his release from the organization.

It's pretty ridiculous that any of you would accuse him of "trying to start something" with the title. It could/should be worded differently, but it isn't that big of a deal.

Is there really a need a for him? I can't really see anywhere he could fit in. Never really been impressed with his work either so can't say I'm excited.

I heard somewhere that he denied rumors of him resigning with TNA. I think I heard in the EWB March Update. Anyway, if he did sign, whatever, I'm cool with it. I'll just wait and see.
