Pretty good man! First off you should try to use a more consistent amount of frames, like the running and wall jump thing looked to have many more frames and looked smoother as apposed to the backflip. Your bending the joints pretty well though there look to be parts where there is little to no movement or bending in the joints which makes it look stiff - to avoid this you should try and move every joint in every frame. There were a few fridgets here and there also, a fridget is where one of the joints makes a quick out of place movement. Overall your off to a decent start manily for now you should throw in a few more frames and keep the amount of frames or speed consistent and make sure there are not too many fridgets.
