Thought I would ask you guys about searching for LJN's.
I'm down to needing about 20 more figures to finish my loose collection. I'm getting kind of sick of ebay shipping fees for these figures, so I was wondering were else you guys have found these figures?
yard sales are the only other option I can think of, but I have had zero luck this summer at any i have been to.
Any suggestions?

I got most of the ones i have from a friend years ago who found them in his closet. Ive never seen them at yard sales. I think i read somewhere some used stores, say like salvation army and value village might get some in sometimes.
I have the Ax you need, but the problem is it would cost so much to ship.

If you have to depend on yardsales it will probably take you forever to complete your set.
I bought most of mine in larger lots on eBay. Of those lots I resold the figure I did not need individually. In the end it did save me money.
Which ones do you need? Are they all rare ones or do you also need commons?

you got some of the hard ones to get.. like the black andre strap and Ax. I have been collecting since I was 6... and finished my collections when I was 22. the last series was the hardest to get my hands on... I got warrior for $16.99 FROM THE wrestling ring company back when they were selling them. Then a few months later I got Haku, Bossman, & Rude for $6.99 they had them on close-out. they were LJN figures but were being sold by Grand toys.

I have always seen LJN's at Flee Markets and Collectible Shops here in NJ. If there are any Collectible Shops or Flee Markets i would deff check them out!

Vandutch are you in the US or Canada because I have a couple of loose figures that are on your list but I only ship within the US?
Thanks, Bob

Hi Guys, It's Schellshocker - I have 45 LJN's
I've found them at
1) Goodwill (5 of them - $5 each) 2) Salvation Army (3 of them - $3 each) 3) Value Village (2 of them - $5 each) 4) Yard Sales (6 of them $1 each 5) Antique Malls (12 of them $3 - $7 each) 6) Flea Markets (6 of them $2 - $5 each) 7) Figure Toy Shows (most of then average $5 each) 8) Ebay (9 of them, whole lot $45 dollers, this is were I got my Rude and Race)
With Ebay "some time people don't know what they have", That these figures are called LJN I do a search under "rubber Wrestlers" sometimes. or "Titan Wrestlers" every once and a while I get a hit and the auction usually goes cheap.

I always dreamed that I would walk into a flea market and find a MOC LJN figure hidden somewhere for 10$..... It never happened. Ebay is the best place I think. Just be patient and you will find the good price.

thanks for the pic. looks like you have most of the accessories to go along with the LJN's as well. That's nice. I'm missing most of them. I'm down to needing the black strap andre and white shirt ref to finish my collection (not including varients)
