It might cost them some money, but I think Mattel should just give us the black Winged Eagle Belt and the Yellow Intercontinental belt. Plus, the belt that was made especially for Warrior is blue...

i too dont mind..... but i understand how it can bother some people.... i guess it would be like having a rey mysterio figure as tall as undertaker...but meh, yellow heavyweight championship looks cool to me I'd say it's more like Classic Superstars 1 Warrior coming with the wrong belt aswell which was nearly yellow too lol.

Exactly and no one liked this! I hate designers toying with us! haha

either way, some people wont even notice, other die hards will be mega irked by this, but at the end of the day, even with a few minor inaccuracies mattel is trying hard and is still hands down the best line of wwe figures.

while I can understand Bill's creative liberties, I too am disappointed with the yellow-strap winged-eagle belt choice. Warrior wore the winged eagle in white, baby blue, purple, and black - that four (4) accurate creative liberties one could have taken.
It's good to know we'll get an accurate black strap winged-eagle later down the line, but the question is, will we now ever get a yellow strap IC belt later on down the line too? Seems highly unlikely, who else wore the yellow IC belt? It's not the end of the world, but we still can't relive that classic WM6 memory of Warrior holding up both belts.

Well if that's the case I think I'm gonna just order the outdated one off of Ringside. Exclusives are usually a pain to find around here. And that way I don't have to camp outside of Target for weeks waiting for them stock em. Thanks, for clearing it up for me.

I don't mind the yellow winged belt. It's my favorite color and it will be unique.

Didn't someone post that Big Show will be the only figure released with 2 different belts? If that's the case, maybe they should have just done a 50/50 with the IC and WC titles. We would have to buy 2 Warriors but I would buy it just to have the 2 separate than combined.

Mattel could have make even more money if they make the big show one variant. One with world tag and one with wwe tag. Then we would have to buy 4 big shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the clarification Bill! That's a perfectly reasonable explanation and it'll make for a cool Warrior belt variant. Thanks for explaining!

It's not the end of the world, but we still can't relive that classic WM6 memory of Warrior holding up both belts. We'd have to acetone the paint off his face to recreate the celebration at the end of that match anyway, if we're obsessed with accurate colour schemes.

Did anybody find out why there are only 5 figures in series 11? Who was dropped?

We'd have to acetone the paint off his face to recreate the celebration at the end of that match anyway, if we're obsessed with accurate colour schemes. Not really, Mattel could have only produced a yellow strap Intercontinental title which would have been perfect. Here are my two gripes with the decision. First, it is not accurate. Therefore, my MOC collection will have a gaping whole because I do not purchase the figure (highly unlikely) or I conform to the notion a designer made this choice for me. Second, as a MOC collector it is unlikely I will ever own an accurate Wrestlemania VI pre-match Ultimate Warrior figure w/ the yellow strap Intercontinental title. Unless, Mattel produces a two pack w/ Hogan, contingent upon Hogan leaving TNA and signing a Legends contract, or Mattel produces a post match Ultimate Warrior w/ both accurate titles (again not a pre-match Ultimate Warrior). I am pro creative liberties but not when these decisions start to impact the integrity of my personal MOC collection. In my opinion, Mattel should be conscience of these actions and at the very least provide the consumer with an option. For example, using a variant system where some Warrior figures have black strap belts and others have yellow strap belts is a good solution. Sorry this is a huge pet peeve of mine.

Thanks for the clarification earlier, kaneisdaman, you're always quite helpful. Further, Bill, can you give us some more info on the Target exclusive Basics/Belts set? Price point/estimated release date? Thanks!!!

I guess I understand the gripes from the MOC collectors but this seemed like a fun change for Warrior. It's not like Eddie's belt is yellow, which would be a real issue.
