Mattel Design Team will be at C2E2 March 18-20

There is a possibility we may show new product at the show, but considering how close this show is to the just completed Toy Fair I cannot promise any new unveilings.
However this will be the first time upcoming figure offerings shown at Toy Fair will be available for viewing by the general public. I will also be available to answer as many questions as I am allowed to (some stuff will always be off limits but this is nothing new).
I look forward to talking with all of you who can make it.

I may just have to ask them about the possibility of an X-Pac figure or some 3 3/4 figure, and while I'm at it I may ask about the DC Infinite Heroes line cause I want a more posable Nightwing.

All of our Mattel collector Brands will be represented. We will do our best to have the latest protos and product there for you to see and we will have design reps available to answer your questions and get your input on what we've already done and what you want us to do in the future.
The purpose of us doing these smaller shows is to bring our designers on all of our brands closer to the fans and collectors. It is getting increasingly more difficult to do that in venues like SDCC since it is has become so much a "Corporate event". These smaller shows will really allow us to get to know you guys (and gals I'm sure).

yeah hopefully they will have some for sale . they have vendors at C2E2 that sell Mattels , but they are ridicolous . cant wait to go !!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly my only question/concern that I would hope to be answered is if they are going to fix the Elite ankle joints. It's a real important issue to me as I display loose and love the line.
I just re-did my display and had to superglue half of my elite figures' ankles because they kept falling over.

The ankle joint problem all comes back to the stands for me. My figures fell over constantly until I put them back on the stands.

Kamala and the SDDC Undertaker are my main offenders. For the most part mine have held up pretty well without superglue assistance. With my setup, the stands took up space and since the majority stood on their own I haven't missed them at all.
