So with 7 matches announced already "realistically" what other matches will take place? Well... 2nd Match: Ladder Match for I.C and U.S Titles Kofi Kingston(c) vs Sheamus(c) vs Christian vs Drew McIntyre vs Daniel Bryan vs Evan Bourne I was thinking of something similar to this after hearing about the Champion vs. Champion match at the Smackdown taping. At first I thought it would just be a Six Pack Challenge, but that doesn't seem like something they would do at WM. So this way they can still sort of carry on the MITB tradition. Also, I would replace Christian with Dibiase. Even though he's their resident go-to guy for random ladder matches now that both Hardys are gone, Christian belongs in the World Championship match. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if they added a multi-Diva tag match similar to the one from Superstars this week but with Kelly added to the face side and Maryse to the heels. Then throw on the bonus Battle Royal or Lumberjack Match before the show starts and I think that's all you need. Maybe if they do a Battle Royal then the winner could get the sixth place in the Ladder Match, which gives Dibiase a reason to be in the match since he's had nothing to do with any of the other five guys recently.

The card (minus the 6-person tag match ofc) looks stacked so far. But, I'm worried about what Sheamus, Bourne, Bryan, Kingston, Barrett and the rest of the Corre, Big Show, Kane, Christian and so on are gonna be doing at Mania. I can't see many scenarios that would actually make for good matches.

I think the idea of the 6 person ladder match is good but I still would not want the IC and US title to be unified. If they were going to do that I would hope they would have a bigger build then 2 weeks...

I think the idea is that both Titles are on the line individually in the Match, not "First one to grab one of them gets both". I'd like to see that Match at WrestleMania if their other plans are lackluster, which, for the people who would be in that Match, look to be.

^ That is even better!
Like the 2 fall match at WM 16 with Jercho, Benoit, and Angle for the IC and European belts with each fall being for one belt.
This time it would be whoever climbs the ladder first gets a choice and then the second person [could be the winner of the first belt] to climb the ladder would get the other one.
I would hope they'd split the belts apart so that there is no possibility of unification but you never know what wwe would do in that situation.
I'd love for someone like Bourne or Bryan to win the IC title and therefore go to SD.
Bourne would probably do better on that show; same with Bryan.
I would expect Sheamus to retain his newly won US belt but Kofi for sure to lose his IC title if this match did indeed happen.

If it's not asking to much I'd like to see the following...
Lawler piledrives Cole for the win. Laycool and Dolph win but that won't happen so can we see Morrison get the pin? Cena turns heel and Miz retains the title... Rockbottom to Cena but no face turn for Miz. Del Rio becomes the new World Champ. More title matches

I just thought of something while watching WM22. Is it just me, or does Kane's character, more often than not, always seem to have a lack of real direction when it comes to the Road to Wrestlemania? Aside from his encounters with The Undertaker and Triple H, it mostly seems like his involvement is always a case of putting him on the show for the sake of putting him on the show. He's been in random tag matches alongside Big Show and Rikishi, three Money In The Bank matches, and so on. He probably gets an automatic spot every year just so the production crew can wow us with his firey entrance effects. I'm not trying to discredit Kane, as I do believe he's a guy who deserves to compete at WM every year, but for one of the company's top guys he doesn't have the most impressive history of memorable WM feuds. I would like to see him get a couple of real, serious WM feuds before he retires.

Yeah, I enjoyed his role in the first MITB match, but other than that, Kane's Mania appearances are always so dull. - he was completely left of off the 19 card, along with RVD. - the Tag Team title opener at WrestleMania 22 was fairly drab. - a match with Great Khali in 07... ugh. - a 2 second squash against Chavo Guerrero the year after. - made little to no impact either of the last two MITB matches at Mania. He deserved better really. Now this year there are so many others along with Kane that are probably gonna miss out on Mania or be featured in a real poor match-up (see JoMo and Ziggler).

I bet:
*Christian is added to the WHC title match, or atleast play a huge part in it.
* Kane/Show will face the Corre in a handicap elimination tag match.
* Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus for the US title will be added as well.

It's starting to look that way, more and more each week. Hopefully Christian gets added and wins the title. I would think that maybe Kofi could get added to the Corre match, somehow. I have a feeling that the crowd would be dead for a Sheamus/Bryan match, though.

I will watch WrestleMania but I think at the moment there is nothing special this year.
Undertaker vs Triple H - I love it. Both are my favorites. Orton vs Punk - Sounds good too. Edge vs DeRio - Could be a good Match. Edge s show is great and Del Rio is a great talent. Lawler vs Cole - not a great Match but it is great to see Austin.
Something like the Money in the bank Match is missing.

It just amuses me that Cole and Lawler is this years biggest fued going into WM. Everything else is just thrown together.

Gotta say I've lost interest in the Edge/ Del Rio feud, largely because Brodus Clay has suddenly become such a big part of it. As much as I wouldn't mind Christian being added to their Mania match, I still feel like the feud has been hurt by Christian and Brodus Clay being so heavily involved (especially Clay, I mean at least Christian has a strong connection to the storyline).

Yeah, I can't stand Brodus Clay, I wish wrestlers could have a manager instead of a bodyguard. I'm REALLY gonna miss the MITB this year, it might feel like there is just something missing. ...on the brightside i'm predicting an appearence from the Situation which WILL be the highlight of the night

Glad there is a US title match at WM.
Wish Bourne would get in but losing to Sheamus doesn't help..

I really hope we leave out a ladder match this year for the sake of having a ladder match. I'm fine with 8 matches on the card, which is how it stands right now. I want less matches with more time than more matches with less time.
btw, calling it now, the Divas are going to come out and attack Cole during his match for consistently berating them and interrupting their matches.

At the very least, I expect Eve to get some shots on him. And he did berate AJ throughout her season of NXT, so throw her in there as well. Don't care if it doesn't make sense with current storylines. I would mark out and that's all that matters. I still think the show has a lot of potential, but man am I sick of this year's Road to Wrestlemania. Less than two weeks then it's finally done. It just seems like there's been so much more promotion/hype/recap via video packages and long in ring promos this year compared to others. I'm all for the entertainment aspect, but not at the total expense of the wrestling aspect.
